Free Shipping on All Orders

Kamavedic Wellness offers free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Timeline

Timelines are estimates and may vary for remote areas or during public holidays.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product name, brand name, or any health-related text on the outer box or label. The package looks like a standard courier parcel. Your privacy is fully protected.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.

Courier Partners

We ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, XpressBees, and BlueDart depending on your location and pincode.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available pan India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is returned undelivered due to non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities and towns. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you with alternative options.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@kamavedic.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
