At Kamavedic Wellness, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
The product has not been opened or tampered with
You have the original order confirmation or receipt
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This applies to all capsule and oil products.

Products without original packaging
Products purchased on clearance or during special sale events
Free gifts or promotional items

Please include your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@kamavedic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved:

Prepaid orders: Refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer — please share your bank details when contacting us

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@kamavedic.com or WhatsApp +91 9896374763 with your order number.
