Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Damaged, tampered, or opened products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@kamavedic.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Contact us at contact@kamavedic.com for cancellations.
